🍌🌸 Greenhouse Activities: Propagating Tissue-Cultured Bananas and Orchids
“Our students are busy getting their hands dirty! Students from the Department of Agriculture recently teamed up to transplant tissue-cultured banana plantlets, repot young trees, and carefully inspect the orchid stocks for further propagation inside our greenhouse.”
This hands-on learning activity focuses on expanding and acclimatizing laboratory-grown plants to full greenhouse scale. The project is conducted at the Nong Khwang Learning Center under the close guidance and supervision of Lecturer Peerayuth Siritanakorn.
